Checkered Quilt Olive Green – Hand-Drawn Plaid Wallpaper in Matte Non-Woven – Atelier Chien

A touch of nostalgia with a wonderful, natural look! The Geblokt Quilt Olijfgroen Wallpaper by Atelier Chien is inspired by the charm of a handmade quilt. The unique hand-drawn check pattern in a soft olive green hue brings calm, warmth, and character to the nursery or kid's room. A timeless design where classic patterns and playful styling come together beautifully.

What makes this wallpaper so special is the hand-drawn checkered pattern. The subtle irregularities in the lines lend the design an authentic, handcrafted feel, as if the pattern was taken from a carefully stitched patchwork blanket. The warm olive green shade creates a peaceful, natural atmosphere and instantly adds unique character to the room.

The classic quilt pattern has a charming, nostalgic feel and pairs beautifully with both a Scandinavian nursery and a playful kid's room with vintage accents. Pair it with natural wooden furniture, soft cream tones, and linen fabrics for a warm and harmonious look. The olive green shade also looks stunning alongside dark walnut wood.

Whether you choose a striking accent wall behind the crib, a cozy reading nook, or decide to paper the entire room, this design creates a space full of personality. The graphic pattern adds a playful accent to the wall, while the soft color creates a soothing foundation.

The wallpaper is made of matte non-woven wallpaper with a refined, understated finish. This makes the hand-drawn lines and natural olive green tone truly stand out. The material is FSC-certified, VOC-free, and fire retardant, and is easy to hang by applying wallpaper paste directly to the wall.

Each roll contains two wallpaper strips of 53 cm wide and 270 cm high. The pattern has a repeat of 51 cm, which should be taken into account when aligning the strips. This creates a beautifully seamless quilt pattern across the wall.

The design was lovingly created by Annechien, the designer behind Atelier Chien. Guided by her passion for color, unique prints, and playful interiors, she creates designs that bring character to any space. The wallpaper is custom-made to order in the Netherlands, with exceptional care for quality and finishing.

A gorgeous choice for a natural nursery or a stylish kid's room where warm colors, distinctive patterns, and timeless design meet. At HUSKS Home, we love pairing this wallpaper with wooden furniture, soft textiles, and subtle color accents for an elevated look.

How much wallpaper do you need?

Each package contains 2 strips measuring 53 cm wide and 270 cm high. Together, they cover a wall width of 106 cm, provided the wall height and the required pattern repeat fit within the strip length.

Step 1: Measure the total width and height of your wall.

Step 2: Add about 10 cm to the wall height to allow for minor height variations or uneven ceilings.

Step 3: Divide the total wall width by 53 cm and round up to determine the required number of strips. Since each roll contains two strips, divide the number of strips by two and round up again.

Keep the pattern repeat in mind: The quilt pattern has a repeat of 51 cm. Account for extra pattern matching waste when aligning the strips. Always check in advance whether the strip length of 270 cm is sufficient for your wall.

Important: We recommend ordering all required wallpaper rolls at once to avoid slight color variations between different production batches.
