How much wallpaper do you need?

Each package contains 2 strips measuring 53 cm wide and 270 cm high. Together, these cover a wall width of 106 cm, provided the wall height including trimming margin falls within the available strip length.

Step 1: Measure the total width and height of your wall.

Step 2: Add about 10 cm extra to the wall height to allow for small height variations and uneven ceilings.

Step 3: Divide the total wall width by 53 cm and round up to calculate the required number of strips. Since each package contains two strips, divide this number by two and round up again.

Important: Preferably order all required wallpaper strips in one go to prevent any minor color variations between different production batches.

How to apply

The Dambord Olijfgroen Wallpaper by Atelier Chien is made of non-woven wallpaper and can be applied directly to a pasted wall.

Preparation: Make sure the wall is clean, dry, smooth, and even before you start.

Wallpaper paste: Use paste specifically formulated for non-woven wallpaper.

Application: Apply the paste evenly and directly onto the wall, then place the wallpaper strips carefully side by side. Ensure the checkerboard pattern flows seamlessly and the checks align neatly.

Finishing: Carefully trim excess wallpaper with a sharp wallpaper knife for a clean, sleek result.
